Important notes regarding your order and graphic

Deadline Help

1) If there is a deadline printed, this is the deadline we have given to production department and it WILL be met unless we notify you of otherwise. There is NO need to call to verify or re-verify this deadline.

2) If deadline says ASAP, You did not state a deadline on the order and the items are in normal production, which is usually 2 weeks + up to 1 week shipping transit time. If faster service is needed, we would need to be notified of the deadline & rush charges would apply.

Invoice Help

1) Some items have overruns/underruns which may change the totals slightly after the items ship. If you have not been told of overruns, it does not apply to you. If totals change you can come back here and print out an amended invoice after the items ship.

2) If paying by credit card, the charge will appear on your statement under the name "Idea Express". It is your responsibility to remember this. Inappropriately disputed charges will incur an additional service fee
