We no longer offer a printed catalog. Printed catalogs run up our costs and don't keep up with our fast-paced ever-changing business.
Imprint colors can match any pantone color. Slightly higher minimums may apply on colors other than those shown on our order form.
We've been around long before the internet. Unlike our competitors, most of whom popped up in 2003-2004, we have been in the custom glassware business since the late 80's. That's why we were able to get the domain name 'Idea-Express.com' Because we were the first on the scene for custom glassware.
We will always prepare a graphic proof for you and send it to you for review. The only possible exception is when there is a very very tight deadline and you have specifically communicated to us that you do not want to see a graphic proof.
You may order a randomly imprinted sample by going to the 'order sample' button on our home page.
You may request a pre-production sample (with your actual imprint). However, this will delay your order by at least 2-3 weeks and there is cost involved (due to the cost to prepare and screen the sample). If, after seeing your graphic proof, you still would like to order a pre-production sample, let us know and we'll be happy to do it.
Our prices are factory-direct wholesale already. Discounts are determined solely by quantity ordered and there are no further discounts.
Yes we 'blind dropship'. Many distributors, wholesalers and other companies use us to ship to their end customers as our factory-direct prices allow for sizeable profit margins. Simply indicate in the 'comments' section of your order that you need the order blind dropshipped and we will not place return info on the boxes and there will be no invoices or packing slips.
Our design team can design or re-draw your logo. Usually we try to do art at no charge. However, if excessive art time is needed then additional charges may apply. We will always notify you if there are going to be additional costs
Unlike our competitors, some of whom make false claims on their website, All imprints are 100% permanent. The only exception to this would be plastic or acrylic items, which obviously do not have baked on imprints.
Yes, unlike our competitors, on most items we can print both sides at NO additional cost. The only exception to this are odd shaped items such as the martini glass or the square shotglass. Let us know if you'd like an imprint on both sides (or two different prints) and we'll be happy to show this in the proof and print it that way.
We can and do ship large quantities directly to anywhere in the world. APO/FPO shipments are no problem.. they just cost a little more than domestic USA shipments because APO/FPO must ship by USPS priority mail, rather than UPS
Shipping is quoted on a per order basis in order to get the lowest rates and determine if an order is cheaper to ship by truck or by UPS. Shipping glassware requires special double boxing to allow the carrier to insure the items. We don't take chances with the safety of your product.
We guarantee PRODUCTION time. If we say we're going to ship something out in 7 business days, that is a guarantee. If you have a rush order, always discuss your options with us. We have a pretty good idea how long UPS is going to take to deliver items. Of course we can't guarantee UPS's performance, or that you will be home to accept a deliver. But we do guarantee our own performance.
Prices for 50,000 or more pcs. are quoted individually. Please contact us for a quote.
We offer our customers a free vacation on orders of $500 or more. Write 'vacation' in the 'coupon/bonus code' section of the order form. Once we send the vacation form and vouchers, we do not handle any of the arrangements. You will contact the travel agent to make these arrangements.
Orders may be cancelled right up until the time they ship. Of course, as is only fair, any charges incurred by us up until the time you cancelled will be charged, including art charges, screen charges, printing costs, etc.
Absolutely. Unlike our competitors, we pack all glassware and mugs in super strenght double cartons when shipping by UPS. All orders, whether shipped by truck or by UPS are fully insured. So if there is some breakage, customer will NOT pay for broken items. Please order a few additional items as if there is any breakage, the items will be refunded, not replaced in quantities less than 36
After you place the order, 1) you will receive a confirmation from the shopping cart with instructions where to view your graphic proof. 2) you will receive your graphic proof, usually late that same night! (yes, we are that fast). Please read your confirmation and look for your graphic proof. Make sure you are getting all emails from us. If place an order and you do not get emails from us notifying of your graphic, your spam blocker may be blocking our emails. Check your spam filter. Your order will usually go into production 1-2 days after the order is placed, in order to give you time to review your graphic.
Rush orders are definitely possible. For most item categories, we have 7-day, 3-day and even 1-day rush service. You can go to our home page and find a link for common rush items, or you can contact us for help with placing your rush order. Note that we cannot always guarantee everything until your order is in, because we don't know how long it will take you to send us your art or if the art will be usable. With rush orders, it's usually a good idea just to get us the order and the art right away and then call us and we'll hammer out the details.
